We invite community members to regularly share experiences with the Children. Excursions/Incursions are planned to enable the Children to become involved in the community. We encourage Children to see themselves as valued and constructive contributors to the community which ultimately promotes confidence, self-worth and positive self-image.
If the Centre plans any Excursions, permission will be obtained from the child’s parent or guardian. The details of time, place and duration will be advised when seeking your permission. Educators will be sufficient to cover all safety aspects. We are committed to ensuring children are carefully supervised to protect their wellbeing and safety during any excursion or journey from or to the centre that involves travel in a vehicle organised by the service.
